Checking in on my fantasy rankings: RB
Yesterday we saw how my rankings went for the QB position. Well today we are going to look at my RB rankings. If you recall I gave myself a B+ yesterday let's see if we can do better with the RBs.

Frozen II who is the antagonist of the movie
My sister and I were having a conversation the other day about who the antagonist of the movie is. We both agree that there is no real villain in the movie other than spoiler alert the Grandfather. We disagree through on who is the antagonist of the movie. Before tipping my hand on who thinks what I think it is important to first define antagonist. Also there are going to be spoilers for the movie so if you haven't seen it don't keep reading. Also why did you click on this article.
Checking in on my fantasy football rankings QBs
Over the next week or 2 I am going to look back and see how good of a job I did. I think it was pretty decent, obviously I could have been better. Also when I was doing them there are probably some players I rated lower because I didn't want to tip my friends off too much. Let's start at the most important position on the real football field and if you drafted Lamar Jackson the most important position on your fantasy team; Quarterback.

Reacting to Mr. Beast video spending 1,000,000 dollars in 24 hours
I stumbled upon this youtube video by Mr. Beast that was a person having won 1 million dollars and spending it in 24 hours. Check out the video here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bs0SWXbty18&feature=youtu.be
Well the video had me thinking how I would spend the money. I am going to make the assumption that one of the requirements is that you have to spend a majority of it on what is considered good content meaning I can't just buy Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Tesla stock or a broad market index fund. So investing most of the $510,000 in the stock market is out. (That is the amount after taxes that I am going with) Well that being said I would max out my 401k and Roth IRA. In 2019 that would be a little less than $10,000 so let's round up for simplicity sake and have half a million left to spend.

Risk : Adding drinking to classic board game series
Sorry for missing last week but I has in Nashville over the weekend and it was Thanksgiving on Thursday so I took a week off from the series. Back at it again and this week we are taking on a true classic that ends friendships. Risk.
I am assuming everyone plays world domination and not the complete the mission cards, not that the rules for the most part couldn't be applied to that version. Now to the good part:

Mission Bbq for some after Thanksgiving lunch
Went to Mission BBQ for some post Turkey day lunch. Here is the review. Starting with the Brisket. I got it moist, which is my preferred way to eat it. Little more fat and just adds extra flavor. Here, the brisket is well cooked, good flavor, bark is a bit lacking but the meat flavor is good. One of my favorite things about Mission BBQ is the different types of sauces they have. 6 on the table and a white sauce in the back if you ask. With the brisket I went with the Memphis belle and KC Classic. Normally I would give a description but the 6 table sauces cover the whole spread and the description on the bottle holders do a great job. There is a sauce for everyone here.

Nashville and the 100 layer doughnut
Going down to Nashville to see a friend of mine. That friend happens to be a doughnut at 5 daughters bakery. Also made some stops at Hattie B's, Peg Leg Porker, and Edlys. Jump on in and see how it compares to the other food vacations, but first some pictures of the city and that doughnut.

Drinking and Gaming: Ticket to Ride edition

Speeding up Monopoly with a few drinks
Well this one is going to be easy. First read the rules. The actual rules not the made up house rules. Now every time some one suggest putting money on free parking take a drink. Every time someone says are you sure you don't put money on free parking check the rules, take two drinks. When ever says this is not the rules I play take 3 drinks. Any other adoption of house rules take a drink.
Game ends either when a player passes out from intoxication or when the rules say the game would end, once 1 player runs out of money.
Well this one was easy.
What were you expecting more. Okay, fine for the people that actual know the rules:

Adding alcohol to classic board games: Settlers of Catan
New series for all my readers. Now it is my belief that you can enjoy a nice beverage while you play a board game or not it not going to impact the enjoyment of the game itself. Unfortunately, I have some friends (Editor's note: the term friends is being used very loosely) that basically refuse to do anything in a group that does not involve to much alcohol, additionally I think that they believe board games are childish, which is completely wrong but they are allowed their opinions.
So in order to try and find a compromise, I am going to attempt to come up with some rules to board games to incorporate drinking so those friends can escape their lives.
First game up in the series is Settlers of Catan.

Aquarela: A movie that will make you have to use the restroom on the way out
Aquarela is a 90 minute movie that demonstrates the power and beauty of water. The best part of this might be there is basically no talking in the whole movie. There are a few words by the people trying to pull cars from the ice but nothing is intentional. You are meant to take in the awe of water in all it's forms.
I am not going to tell you this is an action pack event but in many ways it is filled with action from falling glaciers to crashing waves. Through my favorite part might be the people trying to get the cars out of the ice in the beginning. If it wasn't a matter of life or death in some cases it could be a comedy.
My dad loves to go to the shore and watch at the inlet the waves crash against the rocks. In the same way that is relaxing this movie is relaxing as well. It is 90 minutes for you to rest your mind and you can find yourself drifting away from daily troubles to relaxation. Not that I have any troubles, outside of being attack by bugs.
The movie did an excellent job of pairing the scenes on the screen with the music that is playing at time is excellent. When the movie wants to go from showing the power of water it pairs with thunderous sounds, while when the water is supposed to peaceful and calm, calming tones are played. I felt the song selection was on point and the choice at points to let the only sound worked in many situations.
I can't get across in words how beautiful some of the scenes where. It is amazing the beauty that is the world and movies like this do an excellent job of getting it across.
If I need to relax I would consider watching it again. It was good but not the type of movie that I would normally go and see.
No stars since it was great for the type of movie it is but probably not the best form of entertainment.

Karma, it always comes around to get you.
Thought I would try something a bit different and off brand. A funny thing happened to me today and this a great opportunity to share it and the life lesson of karma. Now the deal with Karma is simple; never get rewarded for your good deals, that bad deed is going to get you back.
Now my bad deed was simple, I laughed at my sister when she freaked out about a bug was on her arm. (Editor's note: i also got a paper towel and removed the bug when I stopped laughing)
Well my actions were certainly repaid in full the passed couple days. Sunday night I sitting on the couch and what do I feel but a tickle on my elbow. Look down and it's a nice big spider. Good thing this was on me and not the terrified sister above. Simply I went outside and flicked it away. Problem shove.
Well you think that would be enough punishment for laughing at another's over reaction but the bugs were not yet done with me. Today as I was walking back into my office building from lunch, boom a bee flies stright into my chin. For a moment I thought i was under attack from an unseen foe. This would not be the first time I was hit by a projectile, through normally it lands harmlessly to my side as my attacker has bad aim.
Well looking for what I figure was a nerf ball I see the bee on the ground. Getting ready to fly again. Attacked again by bugs. Twice in three days after a 21 year run of not having any major insect encounters.
Lesson I learned don't laugh to much at your sister for having a panic attack when a bug lands on her.

Rambo Last Blood
The first problem I have this movie is that I don't see old man Sly as Rambo, I see him as Rocky so seeing Rocky to go off and kill a bunch of people was not as fulfilling as it should have been cause that's not Rocky. The other problem with the movie was I felt that most of the actors were not that great. There some people that just felt wooden and they just were reading lines and not acting. Sly was seeming the only person who wanted to do the movie, based on the other performers acting. This is one sequel I do not think we needed.

Hustlers: reasons to never drink alone
Based on a true story we finally get the story that everyone wants, strippers taking revenge on Wall Street traders for causing the financial crisis. It is a bit odd that Cardi B is in the movie since she has admitted to doing the crime that the main characters are doing in the movie. Guess that's not important. The movie does do a good job of showing how the power of greed can impact people and cause them to do vile things.
Stories to Tell in the dark: a not really scary, scary movie?
Ready or not than Stories to tell in the dark guess I was on a horror kick for a week and it's not even October yet! This movie though was not the scary and to me was a bit of a dud. The problem was the main character was the person who caused all the trouble and the only bad thing that happened to her was two of her friends went missing and have not returned. I did not feel like there was any lesson for her. She was just a static character who failed to develop in any way.
Ready or Not : Hide and Seek is actually a very scary concept
This is not the first story that has turned the concept of Hide in Seek to a horror story. Think about how many stories are based of the Most Dangerous Game. Well this is another one. When a family makes a deal with the devil, the devil always collects his dues and in this case it is the requirement to play a game every time a family member gets married. This time it is hide and seek. The De Lamas family must hunt down and kill the newest member of the family Grace (Samara Weaving). Grace through is not going down without a fight.
Smoke 2.0 got the bread pudding this time
Went back to Smoke BBQ (34 W Merchant St, Audubon, NJ 08106) and again the brisket was excellent. You can check out my review of the brisket here But this trip is about the sides and the Bread Pudding.

Macona bbq
Macona on Haddon Ave in Collingswood is bringing the flavors of Austin right to South Jersey. This small shop is delivering on the flavor and the cool aspect is that all that keeps you from the kitchen is a small curtain so you can peer behind and see where the magic is happening.
Now the menu is always changing as they experiment with new flavors to give you a new unique experience each time that you go. This was the menu when I went last.

Heart of BBQ: Austin Texas
Now I am starting with a disclaimer I am going to start with the bad parts of the trip and work to the good. Why you ask? Well because when I consider what I am going to blog about or post on social media I think of a chapter from "The Defining Decade" by Meg Jay on how putting all these great pictures up causes isolation by the people who see it, she does a much better job explaining it so give her book a read. That's the exact opposite of what my goal is so I'll start with the less than great parts and than hit you with the great pictures of food.

Hobbs and Shaw- all the action and family of fast and the furious
This is not the first spin off, Tokyo drift was. I don't care that it was spun into the greater story quickly but it is clearly a spin off from the main series as most of the crew does not appear in it. Yes this spin off does have bigger stars than that one does but Mr Gibson needs to calm down and accept that the Rock is a much bigger star than he is and let's be honest no one was knocking down his door to do a spin off of the fast and the furious. If this is the reason that Rock and Vin are beefing this is just silly. Hobbs in many ways has helped revitalize the series along with Decker Shaw.
Stuber- the pun says it all
Now the super physical comedy Stuber. Actually the pun Stuber may be the best actual spoken joke in the movie. This movie relies heavily on violence to be funny. If you don't enjoy comedies that involve people getting hit by cars or nut shots in fights this is probably not the movie for you. High-brow humor it is not but that is okay because it summer and sometimes you just need to relax and watch two guys get the plup beat out of them.

Taking a look this you see Red flag all over the Redskins start of the season. Baltimore and New England through are going be turning the opposition into BBQ chicken. The interesting player to watch is Todd Gurely as he gets an easy start facing the Panthers and then the Saints, a team who shows the flaw with this system as they were bad on a per play but due to the lack of volume because of game situation but up good overall stats. I guess you can trust Brees to put them out in front again but if Todd does not look good to start the season he may be the one that is BBQ chicken. (Credit to Shaq for the BBQ chicken line). Use the chart at your own risk but drop a comment down below if you found it helpful or if you think trying to pick the hot spots is a foolish exercise. Either way let me know in the comments down below.
