Went back to Smoke BBQ (34 W Merchant St, Audubon, NJ 08106) and again the brisket was excellent. You can check out my review of the brisket here But this trip is about the sides and the Bread Pudding.

Now the mac and cheese was amazing. Lots of butter and lots of cheese. I could feel my arteries clogging as I had each bite. So of course it was good.
The other item I was looking forward to was the bread pudding.
It taste better than my pictures make it look, again another time cell phone photography would have helped more than Calc 3. To the important part how did it taste. Each bite had the combination of cinnamon and spongy bread. It wasn't the sweetest bread pudding I have ever had but there was still a good amount of sweet with the brown sugar coursing throughout. The whipped cream was interesting because it was more solid than the whipped cream I normally have. Like ready whip from the canister is light and fluffy this is solid and closer to a scoop of ice cream, except it doesn't taste like ice cream. Actually a scoop of ice cream would have gone excellent with the bread pudding but let's be honest ice cream makes everything better.
4 sugar tooth out of 5 for the bread pudding.
Definitely give smoke a shot when you are in the area!
