Wood chucks- Ribs and brisket- also great grilledcheese

Now this time I got the Ribs and the brisket platter, and my friend got the woodchuck grilled cheese.

My phone died so there are limited pictures,  sorry.

I'll start with the brisket, by itself it is not good. The texture is wrong, the taste is off and there is a real lack of flavor. On it's own it seems rubbery and not particularly cooked well.

It gets to the point that I think it is made with the purpose of the brisket is to be put in the sandwich. If brisket was lunch meat this is it. The complaints disappear with the brisket when it is in the grilled cheese. The dryness is covered by the gooey cheese and the texture issues are fixed with the bread.

Each grilled cheese option has different cheeses but my favorite are the brisket, and the pork. Both are excellent grilled cheese and the best option on the menu.

The ribs here are good not great but they do have a special on Tuesdays which is a complete steal. All you can eat with a salad, side for the normal price of a full rack. It might be 19.99 but don't quote me on it. It's worth it if you just want ribs one day.
