Fantasy football qb ratings

The premiere South Jeresy bbq blogger is venturing outside his expertise of barbecue. Well eating it into the fun arena of Fantasy football again. Here to help to help the underprepared by giving them a basic cheat sheet that does not take into account schedules or bye weeks but going with this list will help you not look stupid.

Disclaimer: Well I can't guarantee it will improve your looks but it certainly decrease your chances of drafting someone people will laugh at you about. Also I an Eagles fan, the whole South Jeresy BBQ blogger thing would give that away but in case it didn't view that Carsen Wentz rating in proper light.

Without further introduction here are my QB ratings:

1. Patrick Malhomes- Hill may or may be suspended, he may not have a starting RB but he does have two very important things.Travis Kelce and Andy Reid's offense. Andy also turns out a top 5 qb rating year after year. He did with Alex Smith, Donovan McNabb, Mike Vick, Nick Foles for a partial season. The man's offenses put up numbers.

2. Andrew Luck- the Colts go as far as Andrew's shoulder takes them, he puts up stats year after year when he places and his second year in Reich's system should see him avoid that early season slump he had last year.
3. Deshaun Watson- Hopkins and Fuller are  dynamic recieving duo and Watson can burn you with his legs. Should be fully recovered from his ACL injury expect another big year from Watson.

4. Wentz Wagon- no more Foles over his shoulder and finally heathy he should enjoy being able to target Jackson downfield and Ertz in the intermediate.

5. Baker Mayfield- just look at that roster, Beckham and Landry. Nuh said.

6. Rodgers- new coach, new system same collarbone. I don't know if you can expect him to play a full healthy season at this point.

7. Matt Ryan- somehow Ryan has turned himself into one of the most consistent QBs in the league, plus he gets 9 games in a dome which always helps.

8. Drew Brees- the guy is going to slow down sometime plus he has struggled putting Stats up on the road the passed few years, expect a heavy run game.

9. Russell Wilson- is this the year they let him sling it, probably not but he does make enough plays with his legs to make him a good choice even if he only throws 25 times a game.

10. Rivers- why does ot seem like the Chargers always have a ton of talent, he may choke in the playoffs but he will put up a ton of stats to get there.

11. Newton- if his shoulder holds up this is a steal, if not well just draft a backup soon.

12. Josh Allen- well the Bills are bad but his numbers are good. The rushing yards will probably take a step back but the guy slings it and makes his few completions count.

13. Klye Murray- seems like every year a rookie qb puts up big numbers so based on that he goes here.

14. Sean Mcvay- well actually Goff but hey it because who is calling the plays.

15. Winston- he doesn't have to win games just put up stats and with the way he puts the ball down field odds this is the year he figures it out, right? Maybe he should be lower.

16. Tom Brady- yeah, he is going to play 16 games throw a bunch of Tds and yards and is going to make look dumb.

17. Lamar Jackson- well playing a RB as a QB can work as long opposing defenses don't figure it out he can't throw the ball at the NFL but he can run.

18. Jimmy G. - Go back and look when he got to the Niners in the first place. I'll wait. Yep, that is several weeks as a top 5 qb. Will he be as good on that leg maybe and he will be better than this rating but I'll bet it takes a bit to get his legs under him again.

19. Prescott- if the Cowboys want to win it's give the ball to Zeke and toss it to Cooper, but the more Zeke, the better.

20. Mitch Trubisky- i just don't see it.

21. Matt Stafford- no comment definitely not trying to deflate his value in leagues i play in because he is on of my favorites.

22. Nick Foles- well he better than Bortles so he should do better right?

23. Big Ben- no AB and no Bell, hmm not seeing a good season for Ben.

24. Darnold- jets are a dumpster fire, poor guy has almost no chance.

25. Cousins- Captain Kirk could recover to his Washington form but I think his downward spiral is going to continue. (Note I really don't like the Vikings)

26. Derrick Carr- he has AB now so that should help and maybe Jon Gruden updated the offense to the point that it could result in a huge year, yeah, let's not give anyone hope.

27. Marcus Mariota- is that a hip or elbow injury yep, so talented but certainly going to get injured because he is probably to small and beat up now.

28. That guy in Miami- okay i did Josh Rosen dirty for no reason, you can do it Josh.

29. Eli Manning- nope never mind it is Jones that is the future in New York, have a good 4 weeks Eli.

30. Dalton- are the Bengals the laughingstock of Ohio now, maybe if AJ Green and Bolyd are there he could have a good year but I expect Mixon to carry the load here, not much upside.

That's my top 30. Could the Broncos offense be good sure but who is he going to throw the ball to. Guy

Check in tomorrow for the RBs
