Went over to vorhees to try the store front for one of the best food trucks in South Jersey. Now it was lunch time and a work day so I couldn't over do it with the BBQ. But as South Jersey premiere BBQ blogger I bite into a couple silders.
I picked up a brisket and a pulled pork slider. They came topped with coleslaw and I added the Dr. Pepper sauce on both. Normally I am not a big coleslaw fan but I am glad it was on there as the brisket came out a bit drier than I expected. There was nothing spectacular about the flavor of either slider but there was nothing that stood out as bad either. It was only one time so I look forward to giving them a chance to redeem themselves on a non slider item. (If the picture doesn't show it I felt they were a tad small).
