Ribs at Back Alley BBQ

Was told that the Ribs at Back Alley BBQ were out of this world so I knew I needed to go out and give them a try. Well I was not disappointed. Maybe not the best in the world but they were good and huge. Just take a look!

Alright so I got the half rack of Ribs, yams and mac and cheese. Now this was the first time I have ever had yams and boy were they good. A cinnamon flavor and rather sweet. I as I said my first time ever eating them but I think I am going to give yams more of a run going forward. The mac and cheese was normal mac and cheese but let's get back to the star of the show, the ribs.

The ribs had a smokey taste and flavor that you just want to dive into. The meat came off the bone with each bite but because of the side it was a bit of a struggle to eat. Now the amount that they give you is well worth the price as each bite gives the smoke flavor combined with a great pork taste that makes for a bit of paradise in your mouth. The sauce is vinegar based which I prefer a sweeter taste but the sauce does an excellent job of highlighting the flavors of the pork. A good sauce compliments the meat which this sauce does. Overall it was a great lunch.
4 bones out of 5
