Seymor Watch my Smoke

Went to Seymor Watch my Smoke to try their famous brisket cheesesteak and boy oh boy it was delicious. The cheese was perfect. It had all the benefits of whiz but with the great taste of real cheese. Now I wasn't planning to try a new place out but I had some time and threw it into the google maps asking for the closest BBQ place and out popped Seymors. Now, the owner was working behind the counter and he was super nice and really interested in making sure I enjoyed my meal. It was great. One of my favorite thing about BBQ places is that people are always friendly. They go out of their way to make sure the guest have a good time.



I was going to grab the brisket sandwich but they have this famous cheesesteak that is made with brisket. Now a few years ago my brother and I went to cheesteakfest and got a this amazing cheesesteak from a BBQ place that was made out of brisket.

The slogan of this place is the goo of goodness for the cheese on the cheesesteak and that goo is good. As I said before it is a great combination of flavor and texture. The great thing about whiz cheesesteaks is that flavor melts through the meat more than when you use cheese. Here the that is the case. While the beef has a great flavor that you can definitely taste the main flavor here is the cheese. I liked that through, often times a cheesesteak can end being a bit dry which is not an issue here. There are also green peppers which provide a solid contrast in flavor to the meat and cheese. A really solid sandwich.
