Aquarela: A movie that will make you have to use the restroom on the way out

Aquarela is a 90 minute movie that demonstrates the power and beauty of water. The best part of this might be there is basically no talking in the whole movie. There are a few words by the people trying to pull cars from the ice but nothing is intentional. You are meant to take in the awe of water in all it's forms.

I am not going to tell you this is an action pack event but in many ways it is filled with action from falling glaciers to crashing waves. Through my favorite part might be the people trying to get the cars out of the ice in the beginning. If it wasn't a matter of life or death in some cases it could be a comedy.

My dad loves to go to the shore and watch at the inlet the waves crash against the rocks. In the same way that is relaxing this movie is relaxing as well. It is 90 minutes for you to rest your mind and you can find yourself drifting away from daily troubles to relaxation. Not that I have any troubles, outside of being attack by bugs.

The movie did an excellent job of pairing the scenes on the screen with the music that is playing at time is excellent. When the movie wants to go from showing the power of water it pairs with thunderous sounds, while when the water is supposed to peaceful and calm, calming tones are played. I felt the song selection was on point and the choice at points to let the only sound worked in many situations.

I can't get across in words how beautiful some of the scenes where. It is amazing the beauty that is the world and movies like this do an excellent job of getting it across.

If I need to relax I would consider watching it again. It was good but not the type of movie that I would normally go and see.

No stars since it was great for the type of movie it is but probably not the best form of entertainment.

Karma, it always comes around to get you.

Thought I would try something a bit different and off brand. A funny thing happened to me today and this a great opportunity to share it and the life lesson of karma. Now the deal with Karma is simple; never get rewarded for your good deals, that bad deed is going to get you back.

Now my bad deed was simple, I laughed at my sister when she freaked out about a bug was on her arm. (Editor's note: i also got a paper towel and removed the bug when I stopped laughing)

Well my actions were certainly repaid in full the passed couple days. Sunday night I sitting on the couch and what do I feel but a tickle on my elbow. Look down and it's a nice big spider. Good thing this was on me and not the terrified sister above. Simply I went outside and flicked it away. Problem shove.

Well you think that would be enough punishment for laughing at another's over reaction but the bugs were not yet done with me. Today as I was walking back into my office building from lunch, boom a bee flies stright into my chin. For a moment I thought i was under attack from an unseen foe. This would not be the first time I was hit by a projectile, through normally it lands harmlessly to my side as my attacker has bad aim.

Well looking for what I figure was a nerf ball I see the bee on the ground. Getting ready to fly again. Attacked again by bugs. Twice in three days after a 21 year run of not having any major insect encounters.

Lesson I learned don't laugh to much at your sister for having a panic attack when a bug lands on her.
